Hybrid Air & Magnetic Resistance
A dynamic air resistance system is responsive to your cadence on the ROWER-800F, increasing resistance exponentially as you increase your RPM. Therefore, the harderyou row, the more intensely the ROWER-800F resists your motion.
You can rely on the Magnetic Resistance for a wide variety of smooth resistance, but thanks to the Air Resistance System, the ROWER-800F has no upper limit on the intensity of your workout.
Wireless Heart Rate Control Compatible
Our ROWER-800F is compatible with Polar Wireless Heart Rate Transmitter. You'll be able to continuously monitor your heart rate to see exactly how hard you're working, and allows you to pace yourself at the right intensity for the best results.

Having a strong rowing cord is extremely important in a rower, as this component experiences most of the tension and stress during a hard, intensive workout. Lifespan Rowing Machines come equipped with strong, rowing cords for extra durability.
